Cooling Mattress Pad

So I found out in October of 2023 that I was in early menopause. The shock of it all was just too much, especially considering my age. But aside from the shock, I had a more pressing issue. Night sweats. I could no longer take the tossing and turning, covers on, covers off all because I was hot. So what did I do…..I bought the Tempur-Adapt + Cooling Topper for my mattress. This is a game changers ladies. A pricey purchase but I am sleeping much better.
